Post Construction Inspections and Services
The most important day throughout the construction
process is that day the client-family moves into their
new Rajala Home. But many things must occur to insure
the confidence and security in the new family home. Rajala
Homes thus far has helped the client-family plan and appoint
their home, design it to perfection, build it with the
best materials and workmanship, and bring it in under
budget and ahead of schedule, but the partnership does
not stop there. Rajala Homes puts as much emphasis into
their post construction services as in the actual building
of the clients home. The care and service of the post
construction program allows the new homeowner to feel
secure knowing Rajala Homes will be there throughout the
extended warranty, and beyond.
As long as our new homeowner lives in their Rajala
Built Home, we want to maintain our partnership and
relationship, and want to be their first contact if they
ever have any questions, or need referrals, additional
work, and after many years, REMODELING!

Pre-Closing Walk Through:
Rajala Homes believes that the first and last impression
our new homeowner has is long lasting. Before closing
on our new home, we examine every wall, piece of trim,
paint, electrical and plumbing fixture, floor covering,
doors, windows, heating, cooling, virtually every piece
of every part that makes up your new home. Every component
is subject to a painstakingly close and exact examination
for compliance to our strict quality control standards.
Then we invite our client-family to do a walk through
with us and inspect everything in the home. Before we
close, the customer inspects and approves or requests
a particular repair before signing approval. This defines
our commitment to a totally customer-based partnership.
Customer Orientation Walk Thru:
This activity is an opportunity for the new homeowner
to learn about all the different components in the new
home. Rajala Homes goes thru a step by step instruction
process so the new homeowner can become familiar with
the operation and maintenance of their new home.
Customer Warranty and Service Procedures:
This quick response system is a great advantage to a
homeowner. With 24 hr. access to Rajala Homes, any problem
can be taken care of immediately. The documentation concerning
the warranty and post construction service is the best
in the industry.
